Skyward has been working to update the lunch account balances, which took a little longer than we anticipated for the system to complete. As of this afternoon, the system has finished the process. Accounts should now accurately reflect updated account balances for students. However, if you feel that the system has made an error on your child’s account, please contact Executive Director Elizabeth Greenhaw at greenhawe@cersd.org with your concerns.
For the past three days, the Tech Department and Phone Engineers have been hard at work to repair a module that was no longer operating in order to restore voicemail. As of this afternoon the module has been repaired and the buildings are re-recording the Auto Attendant messages (“press 1 to speak to…”). Tomorrow the team will begin re-establishing the building voicemail systems with the updated Auto Attendant messages and will be working with staff to set up and record their individual voicemail inboxes. We are hoping that the phone system will be fully operational and up to date later this week.
In the meantime if you are unable to get through and have an urgent matter (such as a transportation change) that needs to be communicated, please feel free to send an email to the front office staff in each building:
